ითამაშებს თუ არა ხვიჩა კვარაცხელია ევროპის ჩემპიონატის ფლეიოფის ნახევარფინალში?! – კითხვამ ბოლო საათების განმავლობაში უდიდესი თავის ტკივილი გააჩინა. UEFA-ს ოფიციალური წესების მიხედვით, კვარა დისკვალიფიცირებულია.
წესების მიხედვით, ხვიჩა კვარაცხელია საქართველოს ნაკრებს ფლეი ოფში ვერ დაეხმარება. მეტი სიცხადისთვის UEFA-ს ევროპის საფეხბურთო ჩემპიონატის 2022-24 წლების რეგულაციებს და სადისციპლინოს ნაწილს ინგლისურად, დედანში გთავაზობთ.
Article 54 Yellow and red cards
54.01
As a rule, a player or a team official sent off from the field of play and/or its immediate surrounds, including the technical area, is automatically suspended for the next match in the competition. In case of serious offences, the UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body is entitled to augment this punishment, including by extending it to other competitions.
54.02
In case of repeated cautions:
- in the qualifying competition, players and team officials are suspended for the next competition match after three cautions, as well as after the fifth and any subsequent caution;
- in the final tournament, players and team officials are suspended for the next competition match after two cautions, as well as after the fourth caution.
54.03
Cautions that have not resulted in a suspension expire on completion of the qualifying group stage. They are not carried forward to the play-offs nor the final tournament.
54.04
Cautions from the play-off matches that have not resulted in a suspension expire on completion of the play offs. They are not carried forward to the final tournament.
54.05
Pending yellow-card suspensions from either the group stage or the play-offs expire on completion of the qualifying competition. They are not carried forward to the final tournament.
54.06
Cautions from matches in the final tournament that have not resulted in a suspension expire on completion of the quarter-finals. They are not carried forward to the semi-finals.
54.07
Cautions and pending yellow-card suspensions from the final tournament expire at the end of the competition.

ევროპის ჩემპიონატის კვალიფიკაციაში ფეხბურთელის დისკვალიფიკაცია დგება 3 ყვითლის მიღების შემთხვევაში. კვარამ კი სამი გაფრთხილება კვიპროსთან, შოტლანდიასა და ესპანეთთან მიიღო.

Article 16 Path formation – play-offs
16.01
Twelve teams enter the play-offs, which are played in three separate paths of four teams each, to determine the remaining three teams that qualify for the final tournament.
16.02
To determine the 12 teams that enter the play-offs, the following principles apply in the order given:
- Four play-off slots are allocated to each league from UEFA Nations League C to UEFA Nations League A, i.e. in reverse alphabetical order.
- The UEFA Nations League group winners enter the play-offs unless they have qualified for the final tournament directly from the qualifying group stage.
- If a UEFA Nations League group winner of Leagues A, B and C has qualified directly for the final tournament, the next best-ranked team in the relevant league ranking which has not directly qualified will enter the play-offs (see Regulations of the UEFA Nations League).
- If fewer than four teams from one league enter the play-offs, the first available slot is allocated to the best-ranked group winner of League D in the overall 2022/23 UEFA Nations League rankings (see Regulations of the UEFA Nations League), unless it has already qualified for the final tournament. The remaining slots are then allocated to the best-ranked of the teams that have not already qualified for the final tournament on the basis of the overall 2022/23 UEFA Nations League rankings, subject to the restriction that group winners of Leagues A, B and C cannot be in a play-off path with higher-ranked teams.
16.03
The UEFA administration conducts a draw to allocate teams to the different play-off paths, starting with UEFA Nations League C, subject to the following conditions:

- If four or more teams from a league enter the play-offs, a path of four teams from the league in question must be formed.
- A group winner cannot form a path with a team from a higher-ranked league in the overall 2022/23 UEFA Nations League rankings.
- Additional conditions including seeding principles may be applied, subject to approval by the UEFA Executive Committee.
