Kevin Durant scored 23 points, all but two in a 91-point first half that was the third-highest in the league, and the Brooklyn Nets routed the Golden State Warriors 143-113 on Wednesday, sending the reigning champions staggering home with their second blowout loss in two nights in New York.

Injuries
With Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, and Andrew Wiggins all out, the Warriors finished 1-5 on their trip to the East and will hope to get back on the court before Christmas against Memphis.
Curry will be out with a shoulder injury, but Wiggins could return, and the Warriors will take any help they can get after trailing by 44 points in this one.
Even with Kyrie Irving out with right calf tightness, the Nets tied a franchise record with nine players in double figures and won their seventh straight.

James Wiseman scored 30 points on 12-for-14 shooting for the Warriors, who fell to the Knicks by 38 points on Tuesday night.
The Nets had to come back from 18 and then 19 points down in their previous two wins, but this one was over before the Warriors’ bus arrived after some New York holiday traffic.
The Nets made 11 of their first 12 shots, and by the end of the first quarter, the score was 46-17, the largest in any period in the NBA this season.
